Aurora ship reservation

Hi,

Anbody knows how I can contact Aurora ship office in Abashiri to make reservation?

I am calling their phone number, +81-152-43-6000 - getting answering machine in Japanese.
Try to fax them, +81-152-43-6200 - get answer that the number is discinnected.

I can not find any e-mail.

I already made flight and hotel reservations to Abashiri and can not be in contact with them.

Now they answered and succeeded to make reservation.

How was their English?

First I was answered by somebody who told me that he does not know English, but transferred me to somebody else (in maybe 15 seconds) who spoke good English.
I am satisfied with their service - the only thing I would like to suggest that since they have probably many tourists their voice mail will include also English message.
