Memambetsu airport to prison museum

Hi,

Is there any direct bus from memambetsu airport to prison museum? Will be going in winter and the prison closes at 4pm. My flight will only arrive 3.20pm.
And also what time is the last bus from prison museum to abashiri kanko hotel?

The airport bus stops at the Tendozan-Iriguchi (天都山入口) bus stop, from where the prison museum can be reached in a 15 minute uphill walk:

I am afraid it will be impossible to reach the museum's gates by 4pm. Especially if you use the bus. It would be risky even if you were to use a taxi.

Another question is from the musuem Is there a direct bus to the hotel? Or do I have to stop at abashiri station. Because I understand that the museum is near to the hotel. What's the bus schedule like? Many thanks!

Tha Abashiri Bus Terminal is just a short walk from the hotel:

Sorry, I mistook it with the Terminal Hotel. The Kanko Hotel is very close to the prison museum, but there does not seem to exist a direct connection. Instead you would have to make a detour to travel between them, that would take about 45 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride:
