Can you use the Suica Card for the JR Takasaki Line from Ueno to Takasaki?
Can you also recharge your card on the same vending machine where you bought it? Can someone please give some instructions on how to recharge SUICA Card.

Yes you can.

Yes you can.
Can someone please give some instructions on how to recharge SUICA Card.
Insert your card into the machine, locate the button for "English" instructions, press it, select "charge", select amount which you want to recharge, insert the money into the machine, receive your card back
