Nagasaki to Tateyama Park 2012/3/12 23:39
Hi,

I would like to visit Tateyama Park in Nagasaki for the cherry blossom. May I know what bus should I take from Nagasaki Bus terminal? Do yopu have the bus timings ?

Thank you.

There will be a timetable revision on March 25. I assume you travel after that.

On weekdays, you should board a l bound bus from Nagaaki Station West Exit (wO) to Tateyama Koenguchi bus stop. Here are the departre times:
http://www.keneibus.jp/local/timetable/?stp=4&act=timetable&sb=001015&...

And on weekends you should board the same bus at the station's South Exit (wO):

The one way trip takes about 20 minutes and I think it costs 160 yen.

From Tateyama Koen-guchi bus stop in direction of Nagasaki Station:
http://www.keneibus.jp/local/timetable/?stp=4&act=timetable&sb=001335&...

You will see two almost identical tables with departure times differing by two minutes. This is because the buses come up the mountain, stop near the park once, make a loop further up and then come back down and stop near the park once more two minutes later.

means weekdays
yj means weekends and national holidays

Departure times with a preceding y operate on Saturdays only. With a preceding on Sundays only.
