2. Can I get a glimpse of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree from Tsukiji? Anything to explore in the Tsukiji Area in the evening?

I'm sorry to say that your chances of seeing either structure from Ginza, especially from ground level, are next to none. Tokyo Tower is only 3 stops on the Hibiya line from Ginza station, about 12 minutes. Sky Tree, on the other hand, is a little harder to get to.
