Map codes for Honshu Romantic Road travel

Hi we are travelling on the ROmantic Road in mid May 2012 and whilst we have phone numbers for our hotels we would like to input map codes for the following POI but regrettably cannot work out the information provided in previous posts on map codes:
POIs:
Unno Juku (historic post office on Route 18);
Kaikoen park in Komoro City;
Shinraku-ji (near Miyota Town);
Onioshidashi (viewing platform for Mt Asama);
Fukiware Falls;
Lake Chuzenji
