I am planning to take

Kintetsu Ltd. Exp. From Kyoto to Iseshi

Is it possible if I don't reserve for the seat on the train? Because the reserved seat need additional 1,560 Yen

Seat reservations and an additional fee are required if you want to take the fast limited express train. But you can also do the journey by slower trains. Then you don't have to pay a supplement, seat reservations are impossible, the journey is going to take considerable more time, and transfers of trains will be required along the way.

You can use Hyperdia to look up a non-limited express connection by de-selecting the "limited express" and "Japan Railways" checkboxes under Search Details:
