Kodaiji Garden Dragons

I'm wondering if the Dragon Sculptures are still in Kodaiji's dry garden (Kyoto) pictured here: http://www.japan-guide.com/blog/koyo11/g/111120_10.jpgIf so, will they still be around in September/October? I read on JG's blog that the garden design changes from time to time, which makes me think the dragon sculptures aren't always there. If that's the case, is there a site that lists the current state of the garden. Also, I'd love to know any past interesting designs they've incorporated into the garden. Thanks!
