5D4N in Hakone 2012/6/2 12:54
Hi,

I'll be staying in Hakone for 5 days 4 nights. During this time, I'll be visiting Fujisan, Five Lakes, Gotemba Outlet and nearby towns. I'm coming from Shinjuku on day 1 and on last day, I'll be going to Narita straight to catch my flight home at 6.20pm.

Fuji Hakone Pass is only valid for 3 days. Can you advise the more suitable pass or travel method for my itinerary? Is 5 days too much for Hakone and Fuji area?

I recommend a Hakone Free Pass for Hakone:

And possibly one of the free passes for the Five Lake area, which are introduced towards the end of the following page:

It depends on the person. It would be way too much time for me and people who like to travel at a fast pace. But for people, who like to travel at a slow pace, it can be just right.

Thanks, where can I purchase the new Fujisan Fujigoko Passport?

I guess I have to purchase a one way ticket back to Narita on last day since my passes cannot cover my return trip.
