I'd like to know, if it is possible to purchase the Kyoto Subway One Day Card at a common subway station like: Shijo or Gojo?

Kyoto transport is operated by several different subway-, train- and bus-companies, so before buying the one-day-pass look, where exactly you need to go.
Single ticket may be better idea in many cases.
