Hi,
just recently moved to Hyogo area and want to get out of the house during Obon without breaking the family budget. So was thinking of keeping it local or near (as in the Kansai region)
Any ideas of where to go during this busy, humid time of the year?
Events and such would be nice, like local matsuris, etc...
