Shirokita Shobuen Garden in Osaka question?

I will be arriving at Osaka on 30th June and I want to see the full bloom of iris at Shirokita Shobuen Garden and there are no subway stations nearby so I have to use Osaka City bus no. 34 from Osaka train Station to Shirokita Koenmae station. Does anyone have a timetable for the Osaka city bus? My train arrives at Osaka Station at 0835 and what time does the bus leave from Osaka station and what time will it arrive at the garden? What time does the garden even open? Thank you.
