I will travel in Japan on July . I`m looking for information What should I will buy between regular ticket or Jr pass For my plan ... 1. Central Japan inter airport (NGO ) to Meitetsunagoya ( use Meitetsu Ltd. Exp ) 2. Nagoya to Takayama ( use Ltd.Exp wide view ) 3. Takayama to Tokyo ( Ltd.Exp and Sninkansen nozomi ) 4. Tokyo to Naritar airport terminal1 ( Ltd Exp narita express ) My question is .Should I buy Jr pass for my trip.?? Can you give me for information .

I think that Uji's use of the term "saving" could be misinterpreted. Where the word "saving" is used, it actually means the approximate cost of single journeys. So
Total savings: around 22,500 yen Cost of 7-day pass: 28,300 yen
should be cost with single ticketing comes to about 22,500 Yen against the cost of a 7-day pass @ 28,300 Yen. So single ticketing would be the cheapest option.

My family and I found that we did not make good use of JR Pass - We only used it to travel from Kyoto to Hiroshima (return) and to Nara. The subways in the city were much easier to locate and very cheap.
This time we are choosing to use the Willer Overnight Bus to get us from Kyoto to Tokyo.
The problem we had with the JR Pass was that once you activate it you are bound by time.
