Mobile Network connection

My wife is in Japan and is unable to connect her mobile phone to NTT Docomo, which evidentally is the only network that will support her Australia. Nokia Lumia 800. Any suggestions? Thank you

If she is using call roaming and her Aus. phone company has told her Docomo is the network she needs to use, then I suggest you call her Aus. network on her behalf and ask them what to do.
