48 Waterfall of Takihata in Osaka Prefecture

Hi,

I am planning to visit the 48 Waterfall of Takihata. It is stated here that I'm supposed to take a bus down from the Kawachi-Nagano Station (http://www.osaka-info.jp/en/search/detail/sightseeing_200.html). Does anyone know how long it will take for the bus journey to the waterfall? As I only have an afternoon for the whole trip and back to Osaka, I was hoping I will have enough time to travel down and back and still get to spend some time around the waterfalls.

Kawachinagano Station to Takihata dam takes 45 minutes per nankaibus website.
