From KKR Sendai Hotel to department stores

Hi. I am from Vietnam. I will come to Sendai in mid Jul and expect to stay at KKR Sendai Hotel (Address: 1-8-17 Nishikicho, Aoba Ward, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture). Could anyone help me find out the:

1.Distance and way from KKR Sendai Hotel to Jujiya Dept.Store, Daiei Sendai Store and Ams Seibu.

2. Is it costly if I go by taxi to those places?

Please let me know if you have any information.

Jujiya department store has been renovated to Yamada Denki electronics shop.

- Jujiya Dept. Store in Sendai closed in 2005.
- Daiei Sendai: 5 minute walk from Sendai Station, along the main street.
- AMS Seibu closed in 2003. Now the building is occupied by LOFT Sendai, which is not a full department store, but more of interior decor/hobby store.

There are a few other department stores around the station, all within walking distances, so it might be useful to ask at your hotel for directions :)

Thank you very much for your advices. Then could you give me some name of popular dept.stores, especially in field of fashion. are there any stores of Uniqlo, Mango, H&M or Zara...?
