taxi in nakafurano

Is it possible to get public taxi in the Nakafurano station to go to farm tomita?

There is a taxi stand in front of the station as seen here:

If there is no taxi, you might have to call one. The phone number is listed on the taxi sign.

There is usually no problem getting a taxi to some places. The problem is getting back.
If it's a popular place there will usually be taxis dropping people off and you can take it back to the station. Once, I took a taxi to a less popular place and waited and waited, but no taxis came. Finally I found a lady truck driver who took me back to the station. It's a good thing I could speak Japanese. :)
