The hotel is connected to Shinagawa station by pedestrian bridge. You even don't need to touch the ground from the station.

Don't go out of Station. Follow the walkway to the hotel:

In Shinagawa Station, trains from NRT are heading south at arrival. On the station map, they are heading left.
You see on the station map the platform for Tracks 13 & 14. There are two set of staircases.
: If you go up from the south half, you will use Central Ticket Gate.
: If you go up from the north half, you will use North Ticket Gate.
Then you will walk on the west-east passage to the east, turn right around Konan Exit, and find your hotel. The reception desk is on the 26th floor.

(By the way, names of the stations in the two NRT terminals each include "Airport." Note that Narita Station is another station.)

We will be arriving from Narita at Shinagawa station

So, will you take a Narita Express train to Shinagawa?
Every N'EX train has cars which stop at Shinagawa Station.
Most N'EX trains are two-destination trains, which are divided into two parts at Tokyo Station. It takes less than 10 minutes from Tokyo to Shinagawa.
: A Suica & N'EX package
