Temple lodging/ryokan in Hiroshima/Miyajima?

Trying to find a temple lodging or ryokan for one night in either Hiroshima or Miyajima. I'm on a bit of a tight budget, so willing to spend between 7000-14,000 for a night including dinner and breakfast. The tricky thing is that I'm a lone traveler, and a lot of the ryokans that I've seen have a minimum requirement of two people.
Planning to stay around Aug 20 or 21st. Does anyone have any suggestions? English-friendly would be fantastic as well.

Taikoji in Hiroshima City is the only temple lodging in Hiroshima Prefecture that I can find on the internet. Note that it looks like an extremely modern temple and nothing like what a typical foreign tourist imagines when thinking about Japanese temples: http://taikouji.jp/index.htmlI don't think that they speak English, and you might be required to bring along somebody who speaks Japanese: http://syukubo.com/spot/06tyugoku/hiroshima010.html I also found scattered, unofficial information about a temple lodging on Mount Misen on Miyajima, but I cannot find anything concrete and useful.

Thank you Uji! Most of those seem a little out of my price range, I know it's going to be tricky to find something within my range as it is a very touristy destination.
I'm staying one night in Hiroshima and one night on Miyajima, so I was hoping to splurge a little bit at one place and stay at a hostel at another. A temple lodging on Mt. Misen would be amazing! But yes there is the issue of the language barrier.

I stayed here in Miyajima many years ago: http://yamaichibekkan.com/english.htmlSmall Ryokan, in front of Miyajima station. Not much view but was the cheapest I could find that accepts single traveler and cook vegetarian meal back then. You might want to drop them an email to confirm the rate for a single first. The owner speaks English.

http://www.morinoyado.jp/english/index.htmlI stayed here back in April 2009 as a single traveler - it's at the higher end of your budget but worth it imo if you can get a room there....I had a huge room to myself - dinner served in the room and breakfast in the restaurant - close to the beach to walk to the Torii gate at night. Enjoy!
