Hi! I will be in tokyo for 6 days from 6-11 september. Unfortunately I am not sure which railpass I should buy.I will arrive and leave from Narita Airport and would like to visit Nikko. The rest of the time I will stay in the central area of tokyo.
Do you have any suggestions ?
Thanks in advance

If you are staying only in and around Tokyo, you do not need any major rail pass. You can buy NEX & Suica package for your travel to/from Narita to Tokyo and also for local transport within TOkyo (Suica is a convenient prepaid card), and Tobu Nikko Pass for your trip to Nikko. That's all you need. Even for the travel to/from Narita, depending on where in Tokyo you plan to stay, there are other less expensive alternatives (such as Keisei Railway) as well.
