Cancelling a Skymark Ticket

I booked a flight on Skymark Airlines but now I need to cancel my ticket, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how.

I got to this page http://www.skymark.jp/en/res_boarding/res_change.html

where it says I can can cancel online, but it doesn't tell me how to. It only links to a page with a Japanese phone number.

Does anyone know how I can cancel online without having to call that number?

why not just call them? Its probably toll free and they will have someone who can speak english,

I am not in Japan at the moment and I am just more frustrated that they say you can cancel online but don't make it apparent how you can.
