You can go by bus or train: http://www.city.takamatsu.kagawa.jp/kankou/access(english)/access.htmBy train, you can take the Marine Liner to Okayama and then transfer to the Shinkansen to get to Nagoya. By bus, the website I gave you gives two options, either a night bus or a daytime bus. Buses are cheaper but the Shinkansen is more comfortable (some people also enjoy taking the Marine Liner across the Seto Ohashi Bridge although perhaps you will do that to reach Takamatsu) You could also drive, but I assume because you are asking this question you do not have a car.
