Female friendly capsule hotels in Tokyo?

Hello,
I want to try a capsule hotel in Tokyo. I am a female travelling alone. I am having trouble finding information in English about options.
I have seen references to capsule hotels in Akasaka and Asakusa, but can't find up to date answers to all the following questions:
Do they welcome female guests midweek (probably a Tuesday night)?
Is there SECURE luggage storage available for a large suitcase and valuables?
Any references to websites in English?
Any help appreciated, including any women's experiences staying in a capsule hotel.
