Okinawa in November 2012/8/19 09:34
Hello!

I'm Alessia from Italy!

I'm planning a trip to Okinawa this november, but I have some questions!

How is the weather in november? (around the first or second week)
Is it hot? Is it possible to go to the beach, take a bath etc like during the summer?

Where is the best place to stay with the best beaches? I've found Miyaki Island and I really love it! But I can't find a flight to get there! Can you help me?

Thank you so much!

It is explained here:

Yes, it is still warm enough to enjoy the beach. Sea temperature is also still around 25 degrees.

Where is the best place to stay with the best beaches?

In my limited travels I found Miyako the best beach destination:

JAL operates flights there:

I found Miyako better than Ishigaki, Iriomote, Kume and Honto, but I have not been to the many other smaller islands.

Thank you so much for your answer =)

Yes I think Miyako is the best destination!

Btw I've found really cheap flight from Tokyo to Naha (abour 16.000yen round trip) with a Low Cost company, but JAL is reeeeally expensive!
So I need something to arrive to Miyaki from Naha or Tokyo!

I've to spend a lot of money from Italy to tokyo, so I can't afford the JAL prices!

What about ferries from Naha to Miyaki?

There are no ferries. But all the flights between Naha and Miyako are cheap, especially the ones by Skymark:

The direct flights from Tokyo to Miyako are very expensive.
