Onsen with a view of Mt Fuji in Hakone

Hi,
I want to see Mt Fuji and soak in an onsen in Hakone. As I want to do a day trip there, I hope to find an onsen in Hakone that has a good view of Mt Fuji.
So far, I have found this place Hotel Green Plaza Hakone.
Any reviews? the picture on the website looks great, but then this place did not receive a star compared to Tenzen listed on this website.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

There are surprisingly few Hakone baths with views of Mont Fuji. The Green Hotel is the only one I am aware of apart from the Fuji Hakkei public bath just outside of Hakone (but even there I think you have to stand up in order to see the mountain).
The Green Hotel bath is nice, but not outstanding in terms of the atmosphere.
