bar/drinks at Umeda sky floating garden?

Hi all, just wondering if there is a bar at the top of the Umeda sky building or could you take a few of your own beers up? Sounds like a nice place to have a couple of quiet beers and watch the sunset.

There's no bar on the roof, but the Stardust lounge just one floor below.

Not sure if you can bring drinks up to the sky garden, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were prohibited.
