New Years Eve 2013 2012/9/9 17:50
Hi all,

I know that a lot of locals visit temples/shrines on New Years Eve but is there anything else to do on New Years Eve. Maybe some special events at Disneyland or Skytree that you can still the early hours, have a few drinks and maybe watch a few fireworks?

Cheers.

Watching TV?

In Japan, it's topsy-turvy in the Western.
For Xmas is in a festive mood.
For New Year is blandly with family.
Eat toshikoshi-soba, listen the temple bell rings 108 times and visit to neighboring shrine.

In Tokyo area, maybe fireworks are in Disneyland and Yokohama only.

And Count-down event is at Zojo-ji temple under Tokyo Tower.

Even in Shibuya...
