Transportation woes

I'm thinking of my transportation plans...
1) 24 march 2013 - Tokyo, Narita airport
2) 25march - Saitama
3) 26 March - Gunma's takaragawa onsen, kusatsu onsen and Manza onsen
4) 27 march - Nagano's Korakuran Jigokudai ryokan (snow monkey park)
5) 28th march - Kanazawa
6) 29th march - Back to Tokyo
How should i travel to these places with this route?

Probably too fast for most people, and you will spend a lot of time on trains.
Use Hyperdia to work out the best options. Get the station names from the access pages on Japan-guide.
Yudanaka to Kanazawa is five hours
Kanazawa to Tokyo is four hours
Enjoy your trip!

in what sense "too fast"? literally travelling too fast? or my stay in japan is too fast? haha
Is there a JR pass that can nicely cover all of these area? (except the JR east pass)
