There are directions from the train station on how to walk but I'll let one of the Japanese speakers translate it for you if you need it.

Walk about 5min from Exit No.1 at "Center-Kita" station on Yokohama Municipal Subway Line.
Go straight on promenade named "Minami-Kita walk" along by the overhead railway.
Then on the right-hand side, "Kouhoku Minamo" come in sight.
(Gardish Spa is on the 3rd floor there.)
