Airport hotel and pre paid train card

Hi,

Will be arriving to Kansai Airport in a couple of weeks time and am staying at APA Hotel Midosuji. The address is 4-5-12,Honmachi,Chuo-ku, Osaka 541-0053 and I will be arriving at about 7am. Wondering what is the best way to get to my hotel. My options are by train into Osaka and followed by taxi to the hotel or by Airport Limousine Bus to the city followed by taxi to the hotel. Can you recommend what is the option to go for to get to my hotel.

Also I will be moving between my hotel and the Intex Exhibition center daily for about 5 days. What is the best prepaid value train card should I buy. I read there is a ICOCA card available which is similar to the PASMO card in Tokyo. Would you recommend I buy this card?

Nankai Railway to Namba (last stop) and subway or taxi to your hotel is the best way.

Subway chuo(green) line from Honmachi station to Cosmo Square station is direct.

I'd get the ICOCA/Haruka package and take the Haruka to Tennoji then transfer to the Midosuji Line to Honmachi:

ICOCA/Haruka is a great deal.
