Buy Different Rail Pass At Kansai Airport

My family (2 adults and a 12-year old kid) will be arriving at Kansai Int. Airport (KIX) at about 6.10am Sat., 1Dec2012. Can I purchase at KIX a JR Kansai Wide Area Pass (4days for 7,000Yen), JR Kansai Area Pass (1 day for 2,000Yen) and Surutto Kansai 2-day ticket (3,800Yen) for each person? That means I will purchase 3 sets of the above rail pass for my family.
Can I use Visa or Mastercard (issue in Singapore) for the purchase?

Yes, that is possible.

You need to buy Surutto Kansai pass at the 1F of the airport terminal building and JR passes at JR Kansai Airport station ticket office separately.

Make sure those pass pays off first. Often times, they don't pay off unless you do some long distance travels.

Is credit card (Visa and Mastercard) widely accepted in Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Kinosakionsen and Wakayama?
