No, the 2-day passes do not seem to be available for the extended versions.

I wonder where is the advantage. The 2-day (non-extended) pass allows for the use of municipal subway, buses and trams within the city. That should be plenty enough to get around Osaka, right?

I guess OP will travel from Kansai airport. If so, there will be two options. 1. Buy Nankai ticket from Kansai airport to Namba (890 yen) at Nankai ticket office and Osaka Unlimited Pass Two-day (2700 yen) at Kansai Airport Agency Travel desk. http://www.kaakix.co.jp/travel/travel_en.html2. Buy a Osaka Unlimited Pass Nankai version (2300 yen) at Nankai ticket office (just next to the entrance of Kansai Airport Nankai station) and a Osaka Unlimited Pass (2000 yen).
