JR West Kansai Area Wide Pass only goes as far as Nara as you can see on this map:-

Iga Ueno is past Nara as shown here:-

JR Nara to Iga Ueno Station is 650 yen and 60 minutes (one way)
JR Nara to Uenoshi Station is 900 yen and 70 minutes (one way).

Alternatively, the Kintetsu Rail Pass covers transport from Osaka area (Namba Station and a few others) to Iga Ueno Station or Uenoshi Station as shown here:-
