Hi, need help on Kansai thru 3 days pass.
Can I use the pass from arrival from Kansai airport to Namba subway (check in hotel) in the morning. Then travel from Namba subway to Kyoto or Kobe in the afternoon. Is there any terms using the pass from Kansai airport?
Yr speedy reply is much appreciated as Im flying to Osaka on Thur. Thanks

Yes, you can use Nankai trains, except the limited express trains which require a supplement which is not covered by the pass.
Then travel from Namba subway to Kyoto or Kobe in the afternoon.
Only non-JR trains are covered. So, in order to get to Kyoto, you would have to travel by Keihan or Hankyu. And to get to Kobe, you should travel by Hanshin.
