Ticket deal Tokyo to Kawaguchiko

Hi, I'm planning a day trip to Fuji Five Lakes on 24 Nov Saturday.

Unfortunately the site is in Japanese. Can someone help to see if the deal of Y4500 per adult can be use for the following?

1. Round trip travel from Shinjuku to Kawaguchiko via Otsuki
2. Getting around Kawaguchiko in Retro bus

Yes. You get a 2-day bus pass for one of five buses. One of them is the Retro Bus (Kawaguchiko and Saiko).

Note that the ticket is on sale until November 30, 2012 and can be used until December 1, 2012 at the latest.

Thanks. This seems like a very good deal because the normal ticket price will be 2690+930= Y3620 for single trip. Round trip will be Y7240.

Add another Y1300 for the retro bus, total price Y8540. At Y4500 this is almost a 50% savings.

No, the ticket does not cover limited express trains. If you ride a limited express train, you have to pay the limited express fee separately. That is around 1500 yen one way between Shinjuku and Otsuki.

But it is still not a bad offer.
