Kintetsu Rail Pass 2012/11/22 09:00
I will be travelling from Kyoto to Kintetsunagashima in Dec. 4. According to Hyperdia, the train journey requires transfer at Yamatoyagi. Since the rail pass allows only 3 limited express journeys, does it count as a single or 2 limited express journeys?
What is the bus schedule and cost from Kintetsunagashima to Nabana no Sato?
What time is the LED light-up at Nabana no Sato?
The winter ticket price at Nabana no Sato is 2,000yen. Can I purchase a ticket at 12.00pm and stay till 9.00pm?

If the transfer is done within 30 minutes, it should count as just one.

What is the bus schedule and cost from Kintetsunagashima to Nabana no Sato?

Here are the departure times:
http://www.nagashima-onsen.co.jp/page.jsp?id=8556

1st row: from the station on weekdays
2nd row: back to the station on weekdays
3rd row: from the station on weekends
4th row: back to the station on weekends

What time is the LED light-up at Nabana no Sato?

It starts around sunset. The exact times are listed here:

And lasts until 21:00 on weekdays and 22:00 on weekends.

Yes. Note that it comes with a 1000 yen coupon that can be used on services inside the park.
