Hello All,
I saw on youtube that you could see snow in Hikone in the winter .. Do you think if I go there on this Christmas , Will I see snow there around that time of the year?? Thanks for your help.

Hikone doesn't usually get a lot of snow in December. To give you an idea, below is the snow depth for Christmas day for the past ten years:
2011: 3 cm
2010: none
2009: none
2008: none
2007: none
2006: none
2005: 14 cm
2004: none
2003: none
2002: none
