Should I buy Hakone free pass

I going to hakone from kyoto by bullet train and going to stay at Fujimien for two nights. Should I buy the hakone pass ? We plan to go the outlet on the 3rd days. Please advise.

The pass quickly pays off as regular fares for the ropeway, boats and buses are steep. So, unless you don't plan to travel around Hakone a lot, the pass is very likely to pay off.
