I am looking for the best most reliable weather website for Japan.

Preferably with 7 day outlook and in celsius.

I need to know the weather esp when travelling to Hokkaido. I want to avoid storms.

I find the governmental agency to be most accurate.

In English:

In Japanese with nicer graphics:
http://tenki.jp/

Also very accurate, but overall slightly less accurate in my experience, is the private weather company Weaternews, but they don't have an English version:
http://weathernews.jp/map/
