Kansai airport transfers

We are arriving on a Sunday night at 6.30pm at Kansai airport. Is it easy to catch a limousine bus to our hotel in Osaka that time of night? Do I need to book or just turn up?

It is usually impossible to book transportation FROM the airport TO downtown since airline company cant guarantee their arrival time.
