Hi, I wonder how i get to Studio Ghibli Museum from Shinsaibashi station in Tokyo ?? Which metro lines do i take, and where do i hop-off hop-in to the next line ??

There is no Shinsaibashi station in Tokyo. There is in Osaka. Pls check and ask again.

Do you mean the Suidobashi station on the Chuo-Sobu lines in Chiyoda/Bunkyo wards? you can get off at Mitaka station and walk 15 minutes or take a shuttle to the museum. To check station to station routes and times: http://www.hyperdia.com

Maybe Shimbashi Station? Catch the train to Shinjuku Station (Yamanote Line would be the easiest? But not quickest) then transfer to the JR Chuo Line to Mitaka Station.
