Black Ship Train Izu

Does anyone know when the Black Ship Train runs on the Izu peninsula. It is called the Resort 21 Kurofune ( Black Ship ) Train and apparantly only runs on some days on the route to Izukyu Shimoda station running down the coast of Izu.
