Can someone help? Can't seem to find information on working hours or fees for the Ferris Wheel in HEP, even on their official website:

Also, for those who have been to Osaka, is is a nice view? which is better, during day or night?

It's 500 yen (free for pre-elementary school kids)

11:00 to 22:45(last boarding)
