Tokyo Dome- Worth visiting?

Im wondering if tokyo dome is worth visiting?
They have a mild onsen there and think i might be able to get away with having a tattoo there. Any advice? Thanks

If you mean Spa La Qua, people with tattoos are not allowed to bathe.

Unless you're a diehard Yomiuri Giants fan or there's a game that day, Tokyo Dome isn't all that much, imo.

Also many concerts are held there around the year.
So if you like baseball or j-pop music you should go.
