JR Rail pass for two weeks

Hello :)
I'm planning to travel to Japan for a two week trip. The first 7 days I will stay in Tokyo and visit local cities like shibuya, akihabara, shinjuku etc. I will also make a trip to yokohama and kawaguchiko. The next 5 days I will make a stay in Osaka and the final 3 days I will be in Nara. My question is should I buy the two week rail pass or the 7 day rail pass? Is yokohama and kawaguchiko far enough for me to need to two week pass?

If you're not returning to Tokyo after Nara, not even a 7 day pass would pay off.
Use www.hyperdia.com to calculate costs.
