Hi,
I read in the recent article/post by scott that there are discount tickets for the nabana no sato winter illumination, which cover transport and entrance costs.
The only sites I can find regarding nabana no sato are in Japanese and my Japanese ability is extremely basic. I was wondering if anyone knew a) some sites in English, b) what the discount tickets are or c) where i could go to find out about them/to buy them (i live in osaka).
