How to get to hotel near Disney resort from Kyoto? You can take one train on Shinkansen until Tokyo then take one Local or Rapid train on Keiyo Line until Maihama.
In Tokyo Station there is a long way from the Shinkansen track via a transfer gate to the Keiyo Underground track on the 4th basement.
This transfer requires about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the amount of luggage. The following photo on a news website may help you.

Is your hotel among the six Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels?
Exiting Maihama Station through South Gate, you can take a walk to the left then find Resort Gateway Station on the monorail Disney Resort Line.

how far Disney resort to Narita airport. It depends on the location of your hotel.
Considering possible delay, personally I do not recommend taking a limousine bus in catching a plane. However there is no direct rail route between TDR and NRT. You had better expect extra time if you choose bus.

Direct JR-East "Narita Express" trains are connecting NRT and Shinjuku.
With a ticket in a one-way Suica & N'EX package (or with its Child Option ticket), you can take a Narita Express train at 1500 yen per adult (or at 1200 yen per child).
You cannot use the ticket on an NRT-bound ride.
