Low cost Limousine Bus Super shuttle

I've heard about Low cost Limousine shuttle bus about last year. it transports between Narita/Haneda to asakusa and Higashi ueno with the price about 1000 yen. Is it still on service right now? I've tried to check its website (http://supershuttle.jp/en/) but the url is impossible to access.

I am not sure but the NRT -- Asakusa service seems to have been discontinued.
No advertisement for it is found on its operator's website. (And I suppose no other company would take it over if it has not gathered many customers.)

Keisei Electric Railway is operating two rail routes between NRT and Ueno, so I suppose Keisei Bus cannot offer a competing bus service at such a low price.
