Miyazaki Airport Shuttle Bus

Hi,
I am hoping to fly ANA from Miyazaki to Osaka(Itami) at 07:50 on 25/04/2013. From what I have found, the first train from Miyazaki station to the airport arrives at 07:23.

Although I don't speak/read Japanese,I have tried to find out what time the Miyazaki Kotsu (Miyakoh) Shuttle Bus starts from here: http://www.miyakoh.co.jp/bus/rosen/0_jikoku/1-16_20121001.pdf

Can anyone confirm if this timetable is up-to-date? Does it say that the first bus from Miyazaki station to the Airport will arrive by 07:05? And if this is correct, does this leave me enough time to check-in/security etc. before my flight? ...Or am I best just getting a taxi from my hotel, to be sure?

Yes, it seems up to date.

No, that first bus of the day does not stop at Miyazaki Station. Only the second bus stops at Miyzaki Station at 7:30. The first bus stops at other places in central Miyazaki, such as near the large intersection where National Route 10 crosses the road that leads to Miyazaki Station, about 700 meters from Miyzaki Station. I centered the intersection on the following Google Map, but am not sure about the exact location of the bus stop:

But yes, that first bus does arrive at the airport at 7:05, which under normal circumstances should be enough time to check into a domestic flight.
