hip hop clubs

Hey Tokyo sounds good with the clubs but does anyone have any info on Osaka's hip hop clubs? And when i say hip hop im leaning on Doogs and the rest of the peoples meaning of respectable hip hop. Anyway if anyone has anything to share pleace post.

Nuts has become my favourite place lately. Nice atmosphere, lot's of good early 90's classics and nice staff.

According to Krush's site he'll be touring Europe, so no gigs in Japan until July...

There's that area in Shibuya (whatsitcalled?) with the small record stores in dinky alleys. Go there and get some flyers or ask staff about parties. Manhattan or Cisco are good hip hop stores afaik.

from aus.. gonna be in japan late jan - early mar.. wanna see real hip hop.. (j5, binary star, jeru, the roots.. whatever..just not fake gangster dik hop)
or liquid dnb (calibre, ltj bukem, anyone on hospital label)
or breaks (krafty kuts, aquasky, breakfastaz)
can anyone tell me specific events that will be on or clubs to look out for with the right kinda stuff? any info will be much appreciated. as general or as detailed as you want.. im a first timer in japan and dont know any japanese so a bit of a leg up would be great... cheers.

I love MatrixBar in Roppongi. The staff is very friendly and the DJ actually takes requests. There is enough room to sit down even when the place is packed.
The drinks are by far the cheapest that I have seen in Roppongi. I met people from all over the world at this Bar. Every night has its own theme. If you are ever in Roppongi, make sure to stop by MatrixBar.
